Mentorship Program

School House Canada Mentorship Program

Mentorship is a personal developmental relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. School House Canada can provide support to new and experienced teachers and school administrators.

Guidance

School House Canada’s mentors provide guidance, advice, feedback, and support to new and experienced teachers and administrators. As well as serving as their role model, teacher, counselor, advisor, sponsor, advocate, and ally. We provide our participants with the tools to be able to become a better version of themselves.

Support

Our mentors help participants achieve professional goals by providing a broader perspective on educational matters. They also help fellow educators identify gaps in generic skills and knowledge in a collaborative and supportive environment, resulting in increased confidence in the classroom and in their administrative roles.

Professional Development

The overall goal of School House Canada’s mentoring program is to aid in the growth and development of participants by leveraging the knowledge, skills, and experiences of our mentors to enhance the mentees’ personal and professional capabilities, contributing to their success and the organization’s advancement.
